Cancelations + No-Shows



We understand time is precious and life happens resulting in a guest having to reschedule an appointment last minute or forget about a scheduled appointment. When there have been multiple occurrences, (3 or more), the guest will be charged the following:



With less than a 24-hour notice the guest will be charged 50% of the service.

When a guest no-shows an appointment, they will be charged for that appointment.

In both instances, the guest will be required to keep a credit card on file for future appointments.



Child Policy



We kindly request that only children with a booked appointment be allowed on the salon floor or in the spa. This is for safety reasons and insurance purposes. We are not responsible for the care of your child. We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a salon environment. In addition, we want to honor the relaxation of all our guests.
